seemingly on a mission to bring his instrument from its status as a
background note to the dominant front-presence it deserves. For the past
few years Adam has been pushing his craft in new, exciting directions
and carving out a unique spot for himself in today’s international
musical landscape, with both his virtuosity and musicianship earning him
great success along the way. |

The Suitcase Junket
The Suitcase Junket is Matt Lorenz: artist, tinkerer, swamp
yankee, one-man band. From Lorenz' penchant for thrift and
ingenuity comes original rock anthems, mountain ballads, blues
manifestos, and dance-hall festivity. It is magnificent,
rousing, image-driven songwriting, laid out on instruments built
of broken bottles, thrift store forks, dried bones, gas cans,
shoes, saw blades, a toy keyboard, salvaged instruments, and an
overhead compartment worth of luggage.
|
|
August 31:

Cleghorn and his father, the legendary Texas guitarist John
Cleghorn. CLEGHORN's unique brand of Celtic Rock mixes their
original songwriting with high energy fiddle and bagpipe tunes.
